留学生住宿管理常规问题解答(2016年修订) The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) of Overseas Students Accommodation Management(Revised in 2016)
1、 常规方面 1. Common Aspects 1.1入住时,寝室设施出现损坏怎么办? 1.1 What do the students need to do when the facilities in the dormitories are broken after checking in? 入住前,请先检查一下物品设施是否齐全,有无损坏,如有问题请在入住两天内到所在楼栋接待大厅报修,不报知的,即视为入住时物品设施完好。入住后,如寝室设施出现损坏,当事人应承担维修、更换费用,并视具体情况,按相关规定作出赔偿。 Students should firstly check whether the facilities are complete or broken before checking in. If there are some problems, students should ask for the repair service in the reception hall of the building within two days. If the facilities of the dormitory are broken after the students live in, the students should pay for the maintenance or the change by themselves. Depends on the specific situation, students may compensate according to the related provisions. 1.2我想调换寝室怎么办? 1.2 What will I do if I want to change the dormitory? 学生住宿由留学生公寓管理办公室统一安排。寝室一经分配,原则上不允许调换。因特殊情况需要进行个别调整的,应事先征得相关学院学工办和留学生公寓管理办公室的同意后方可调换床位和寝室。每寝室必须住两人,不得独居。如遇退寝或其他情况,可优先选择零星床位室友,留学生公寓管理办公室不受理歧视或恶意的寝室调换请求。 The dormitories are arranged by the Overseas Students Management Office. Once the dorms are distributed, they cannot be changed in principle. If the special circumstances happen and students need to adjust individually, you should be approved by the Students Management Office of the related colleges and the Overseas Students Management Office of the overseas students’ apartment in advance and students can change the beds and dormitories. Every dorm must have two people, not allow to live alone. If your roommate check out or other situation, then you can choose someone form the single room to be your roommate. The Overseas Students Management Office will not accept the adjustment of change because of the discrimination and unreasonable causes. 1.3如何交纳寝室水电费? 留学生公寓水电管理实行实用实交的管理方式。留学生公寓管理办公室每月定期查抄水电表,统一公布寝室用水用电量,以寝室为单位进行结算,水电费由全寝室成员共同承担,留学生公寓管理办公室按学校相关规定及要求予以代收,并请同学们在通知的时间内到留学生公寓管理办公室予以缴纳。 1.3 How to pay the water and electricity bills? The water and electricity management in the overseas students’ apartment bases on the actual use and regular payment. The Students Apartment Management Office checks and records the water and electricity meters every month and the volume of the water and electricity supply will be noticed to the students. The bills are calculated according to the dorms and every member of each dorm should afford the fees together. The Overseas Students Apartment Management Office collects the fees according to the concerning stipulations and requirements of the CTGU. Students should go to the office to pay for the bill within the notification time. 1.4想要节约水电怎么办? 寝室内的用电器无需使用时,应注意拔掉插头,寝室无人时,关掉房间电源总闸。 在节约用水上,平时用完水后记得关好水龙头,不用马桶时最好关闭马桶进水阀。最后提醒同学们,应养成时常看水表的习惯,如果发现寝室并未用水,但水表正在转动的情况,应立即到楼栋大厅找服务人员报修。 1.4 What will the students do if you want to save water and electricity? Please pull the plugs if the electric appliances in the dorm are not used. Please turn off the main switch if there is no one in the room. About saving water, please remember to turn off the taps after using the running water and turn off the inlet valve of the closestool when it is not used. We need to remind the students that you should form the habit of checking the water meter frequently. If you find the water meter is still operating but you do not use the water, please ask for the repair service in the hall of the building at once. 1.5寒暑假期间自己的贵重物品的保管该怎么办? 学生应妥善保管自己的物品。寒、暑假期间,学校将对寝室进行维修,请同学们将贵重物品随身携带走,或将贵重物品寄放到亲戚、同学、朋友等家里。留学生公寓管理办公室对寒、暑假期间的财产丢失不负任何责任,但留学生公寓管理办公室会加大寒、暑假期间的安全巡视力度,以确保学生财产安全。 1.5 How to keep the valuables during the summer and winter vacations? Students should keep the private things safely. During the winter and summer vacations, the university will repair the dormitories, so students are required to take your own valuables with yourselves or leave them in the relatives’, classmates’ or friends’ home. The Overseas Students Apartment Management Office does not take the responsibility for the loss of the property during the winter and summer vacations. However, the management office will improve the safety inspection to ensure the students’ property safe. 1.6寝室房卡丢失了怎么办? 留学生公寓的房间钥匙即为学生所使用的农行校园卡,由留学生公寓管理办公室统一配置后方可打开对应寝室房门,学生应妥善保管,若有丢失,应及时报留学生公寓管理办公室备案,并对旧卡开门权限进行注销。学生自行到校园卡中心办理新的校园卡,在辅导员或学工办老师处开具旧卡遗失证明,到留学生公寓管理办公室制卡。 1.6 What will the students do if the door cards are lost? The keys to the students’ apartment are the bank cards of Agricultural Bank of China. After being activated by the Overseas Students Apartment Management Office, students can open the doors of the rooms. Students should keep the cards safely and if the cards are lost, you should report to the management office in time, we will cancel the opening authorities of your previous cards. Students should go to the Campus Card Center to apply for a new card and need a certificate of loss of the old card from the counselor or the teacher of your college’s students’ management office. Finally, students should go to the Overseas Students Apartment Management Office to authorize the new card. 1.7寝室想申请饮水机怎么办? 同学们想申请饮水机,可以以寝室为单位到南苑8#楼天天饮用水公司办公室办理租借饮水机手续。 1.7 What will the students do if you want to apply for a drinking water machine? If the students want to apply for a drinking water machine, you can go to the company named “Tian Tian Yin Yong Shui” which locates at No.8 building in Nanyuan to rent a drinking water machine on behalf of your dormitory. 1.8我想购买纯净水怎么办? 请到所在楼栋值班大厅购买。 1.8 What will I do if I want to buy the purified water? Please go to the hall of the building to buy it。 1.9我想申请使用厨房怎么办? 留学生公寓每四间寝室一组对应一个厨房,一个寝室组需要使用厨房的同学选举一个负责人,负责人和其他同学一起到留学生公寓管理办公室签订厨房领用协议和厨房标配表领取厨房钥匙。厨房钥匙为每个寝室组共用一把。 1.9 What will I do if I want to apply for using the kitchen? In overseas students’ apartments, four dormitories can use one kitchen. Students from those four kitchens should pick out one student in charge and go to the Overseas Students Management Office to sign the agreement of using kitchen and theList of facilities available in the kitchens, and to get the keys to the kitchens. Every four dorms process one key. 1.10厨房钥匙掉了怎么办? 到留学生公寓管理办公室交纳赔款,领用新钥匙,赔款为30元。 1.10 What will the students do if the keys to the kitchens are lost? Students should go to the Overseas Students Apartment Management Office to pay for the reparations (30 yuan) and get the new keys. 1.11我想报修怎么办? 同学们及时到所在楼栋值班大厅报修,由于寝室厕所、阳台和店面漏水等大型维修项目是由学校相关部门在暑假期间集中安排维修,留学生公寓管理办公室只能对漏水寝室进行简单处理,如果漏水严重,可以调换寝室。 1.11 What will the students do if the report for repairs? 1.11Please download the WeChat APP and the logistics group of China Three Gorges University public number, you can report repairs after the registration. Students should compensate according to the cost if the facilities in the public areas and dorms are broken on purpose. Students should pay the fees themselves if the toilet lids and the electricity leakage protecting wires for the electric water heater need changing the sewer needs dredging and shower head (flexible pipe). The apartment will not be responsible for the expense. 1.12寝室墙面有霉点怎么办? 为了同学们的身体健康,应保持有经常开窗通风的好习惯,以保证寝室干燥避免寝室墙壁长有霉点。如果寝室墙壁长有霉点,应微信报修。墙面粉刷属大型维修项目,由学校相关部门在暑假期间集中安排维修。 1.12 What should the students do if there is mildew on the wall? For the students’ health, you should form the habit of open the windows frequently and air the room to remain the dormitories dry or otherwise the mildew will appear on the wall. If there is mildew on your wall, please complain the problem on wechat. The painting of the walls belongs to the large-scale maintenance project, and it will be repaired by the related departments of the university during the summer vacation. 2.安全方面 2. Safety Aspects 2.1发现火警怎么办? 发现火情火警应立即向值班室报告,同时采取灭火措施,重大火情立即向119报警,协助值班员切断宿舍总电源,立即撤离寝室,不要为带东西而延误你离开寝室,更不要为任何事返回公寓,在保证安全的情况下,积极参与灭火工作。 2.1 What should the students do if a fire accident happens? If a fire accident happens, students should report to the duty office immediately, and take some steps to extinguish the fire in the mean time. If a fire accident serious, students should call 119 and assist the duty workers to cut off the general power of the dorms and evacuate the dorms immediately. Students are not allowed to leave the dorms slowly because of bringing the personal things or return to the dorms for anything. Student should take part in the fire-fighting work actively on the condition that you should ensure your own safety. 2.2发现打架、盗窃等情况怎么办? 发现打架应及时劝阻,情况严重的应立即告知公寓值班人员或打学校保卫处电话6392200报警,如有打伤应及时送往医院救治,发生盗窃主要注意保护现场,迅速向保卫处报案,并向留学生公寓管理办公室报告。 2.2 What should the students do if the fighting or the burglary happens? If the fighting happens, students should persuade in time. If the situation becomes worse, students should report to the duty workers immediately or call 6392200 which is the phone number of the Security Department. If someone is injured in the fighting, s/he should be sent to the hospital firstly. Students should preserve the scene when the burglary happens and report to the Security Department and the Overseas Students Apartment Management Office immediately. 2.3寝室内为什么严禁使用热得快、电炉、暖手袋等大功率发热电器? 因为学生公寓宿舍线路容量有限,热得快、电炉等电器安全系数一般不高,而且质量一般不是很好,使用过程中稍不防备,很容易出现问题,以往的经验告诉我们也警示大家:宿舍楼发生的火灾火警大多数由这些电器引起的。 2.3Why the students are forbidden to use the high-power exothermic electric appliances such as heater, electric stove or electric hand warmer and so on? Because of the line capacity of the overseas students’ apartment is limited, and the safety factors of heater or electric stove are low. On the other hand, those high-power exothermic electric appliances have low qualities. So it is easy to create some problems when the students are using them. The previous experience tells us and also warns the students that the fire accidents are mostly caused by those electric appliances. 2.4公寓内为什么不能养“宠物”? 因学生宿舍是学生共同生活、学习、休息的公共场所,而非私有空间,寝室内饲养猫、狗、白鼠、家禽等宠物不但影响寝室环境卫生,容易诱发疾病,更易引发寝室成员间的摩擦、纠纷,甚至造成人身伤害。 2.4 Why the students cannot feed the pets in the dormitories? Students’ apartments are the public places where students live, study and rest. They are not the personal space, so feeding pets such as cats, dogs, white mouse and poultry not only influences the environmental hygiene of the dorms which may easily causes the illness, but it is also much easier to cause the fighting or quarrels and even the injuries among the members of the dormitories. 3. 服务方面 3. Service Aspects 3.1寝室网络不通怎么办? 为了方便同学们的学习和生活,学生公寓内安装有网络接口,由中国电信和后勤集团通信中心为同学们提供相关免费服务,如发生功能性障碍时请拨打中国电信免费服务热线10000报修或6393333。 3.1 What will the students do if the Internet is not connected in the dormitories? In order to facilitate the students’ study and daily life, the Internet connection ports are installed in the dorms. The China Telecom and the Communication Center of the Logistic Group provide the free related service for the students. If the functional problems occur, please call the free service hotline, and the number is 10000 or 6393333. 3.2同学生了急病怎么办? 打电话或由同寝室同学通知所在楼栋值班员,并及时送往医院,同时通知该同学所在学院的老师。校医院服务电话6392149。 3.2 What should the students do if the acute disease happens? Students should call the duty workers or let the roommate report to them. The one who has the acute disease should be sent to the hospital in time and the teachers from his or her college should also be informed at the same time. The phone number of the University Hospital is 6392149. 3.3留学生公寓洗衣房在哪里? A楼:A02洗衣房 ; B楼:B02洗衣房 每间洗衣房设有三台自动投币洗衣机和一台自动投币烘干机。洗衣机的工作时间时间为45分钟/3元,烘干机的工作时间为30分钟/2元。 3.3 Where is the laundry room of the Overseas Students Apartment? Building A: A02 Building B: B02 Every laundry room has three automatic coin washing machines and one automatic coin laundry drier. The working time for washing machine is 45 min/ 3 yuan and the laundry drier is 30 min/2 yuan.
