留学生公寓公用客厅、厨房使用管理规定

The Administrative Provisions on the Use of Public Reception Rooms and the Kitchens of Overseas Students Apartment

留学生公寓内的客厅、厨房，是为了方便留学生日常生活而开设的，为了确保安全使用，特制定规定如下:

The public reception rooms and the kitchens are opened for the students’ convenience in your daily life. To ensure they are used safely, the provisions are made as follows:

1.客厅（机场椅、餐桌、餐椅）、厨房（微波炉、电磁炉、油烟机）内等属公共财物，任何人不得随意损坏，更不得擅自搬出客厅、厨房。如有私用或损坏者，原价赔偿。

1. The public reception rooms (airport chairs, dining table and dining chairs) and the kitchens (microwave oven, induction stove and smoke exhaust ventilator) are the public properties, no one can damage them casually. Students also are forbidden to move the facilities out of the reception rooms and kitchens. If someone uses them privately and damages them, s/he should compensate according to the cost.

2.使用微波炉、电磁炉时必须按正常操作规程进行。使用完毕，一定要做到随手关掉电源，请注意用电安全。如出现故障，请及时报告接待大厅。

2. Students should follow the operating instructions when you are using the microwave ovens and the induction stoves. Please pull the plugs after finishing using them. Please pay attention to use the electricity safely. If there is something wrong, please report to the duty workers in time.

3.应自觉保持客厅、厨房内卫生。公用客厅、厨房卫生由本楼层使用的同学轮流打扫（排班表各厨房负责人督促执行）。

3. Please keep the reception rooms and kitchens clean consciously. The kitchens should be cleaned by the students from the building in turns. The scheduling tables can be worked out by the students who are in charge of every kitchen.

4.做完饭后，要关闭电器开关，拔掉电源插头，整理好灶台等公共用品。离开时请关闭厨房客厅大门并将自己的物品带出，不随意将自己的餐具长期摆放在各厨房内,以免影响其他同学使用。如客厅、厨房随意摆放私人物品,并不听劝阻,工作人员有权对所放物品进行处理。

4. Students should shut down the switches and pull the plugs of the electric appliances after cooking. The cooking bench also should be cleaned up. Please take out your private things out of the kitchens and the reception rooms and close the doors before leaving. Please do not put your own tableware in every kitchen for a long time in order not to influence other students. If your private things are put casually in the kitchens and reception rooms, and you are without listening to the dissuasion, the workers have the right to deal with your private things.

5. 离开厨房时，注意关好门窗，保管好厨房钥匙，若发生厨房使用设施遗失，需照价赔偿。

5. Please close the windows when you leave the kitchen and take good care of your kitchen keys. You will compensate according to the cost if the facilities of the kitchen are lost.

6. 应自觉遵守以上规定，如发现有未切断电源造成安全隐患及卫生检查不合格的，留学生公寓管理办公室有权暂停和取消厨房、客厅使用资格。

6. If the dormitory staff finds students do not cut off the electricity or the kitchen and the living room are below the standard in the hygienic check, the dormitory management office has the right to suspend or cancel the use qualification.

7. 客厅、厨房用水用电为有偿使用。水电费每月结算，水电费由使用客厅、厨房的四个房间的八位同学承担。水电费每月由负责人收齐后到留学生管理办公室缴纳，逾期不交停止厨房、客厅使用。

7. The electricity and the water bill will be paid per month. The bill should be afforded by the eight students from four rooms. The students who are in charge the kitchens and living rooms should collect the money and hand in to the dormitory management office.

8. 退用厨房时，需将厨房及电器打扫干净，恢复领用时状态。

8. Students need to clean the kitchen and all the electrical appliance when you return the kitchen.
